Prices

Our stated prices include statutory value added tax and, for air travel, airport and security taxes. All prices are cash prices. A surcharge of 1% applies when paying by credit card (this surcharge is itself charged to us by the credit card companies). Any local taxes are payable on site. Subject to change.

Benefit from the early booking discount

Book your trip early and benefit from the early booking price of approximately 10% off the brochure price (this figure may vary). As a rule, we guarantee half of the seats per coach at the early booking price. As a VIP Travel-Club member, you always benefit from the favourable early booking price.

Booking fee

The booking fee is CHF 25.– per person. For Christmas markets and day trips, the booking fee is CHF 15.– to 20.–. The booking fee is waived for VIP Travel-Club members.

Reduction for the 3rd person in a double room

For the 3rd person in a double room, we grant a discount of 10% on the entire package (except where prices for the 3rd person are shown separately).

Group discounts

For multi-day coach trips, we grant a discount of 3% for simultaneous booking and payment for 6 or more people.

Loyalty vouchers

With every booking with EUROBUS, Car Rouge or Rivage Flussreisen, you receive a personal loyalty voucher, which you can redeem on your next booking. We do not issue loyalty vouchers for day trips, travel-only/hotel-only offers, flight services or reduced offers.

Voucher codes

Tell our sales staff your voucher code by telephone, or enter it in the «Voucher code» field at the end of your online booking.

Last-minute prices

The number of seats available on last-minute offers is limited. Please note that different conditions apply to last-minute offers: no loyalty points are issued on booking. Likewise, no loyalty points can be redeemed on booking. In addition, cancellation costs from the time of booking are 100%.

Reka Checks

You can pay a maximum of 50% of the basic package price, but no more than CHF 500.– per person and booking, with Reka Checks (except day trips). Admission tickets are not part of the basic package price.

Seat surcharges on the coach

Seats on the coach are allocated in the order in which bookings are received. For a surcharge, seat rows 1-4 can be reserved (prices per person and day):

1st row: CHF 8.–
2nd row: CHF 6.–
3rd row: CHF 4.–
4th row: CHF 3.–

For VIP Travel-Club members, seat rows 1-4 are provided free of charge (if still available).

Guaranteed departures

To give you even greater planning certainty, from the 2020 travel season EUROBUS offers a guarantee that the published travel dates will go ahead*.
*If there are fewer than 10 participants, we reserve the right to cancel the trip for ecological and economic reasons.
