Travel Guarantee
Your money is 100% safe with EUROBUS
EUROBUS is one of the few coach companies that is a member of the statutory Guarantee Fund of the Swiss Travel Industry. The money paid for your trip is 100% secured there. EUROBUS thus meets all the provisions of the Swiss Package Travel Act. Travel companies bearing the Travel Guarantee logo guarantee you, as a customer:
- Professional working methods
- A sound financial basis and valid liability insurance
- Security for the travel money you have paid
- Return travel in the event of the insolvency of a travel company
You can therefore settle the invoice amount for your trip with complete peace of mind. The money paid is 100% secured. Should an operator become insolvent during your holiday, the Guarantee Fund will arrange your return journey home. EUROBUS has been a member of the Guarantee Fund of the Swiss Travel Industry since its foundation. The Guarantee Fund was established by the Swiss Travel Association SRV in the form of an independent foundation. All the large tour operators in Switzerland, such as Kuoni, Hotelplan and Imholz, also belong to it. The foundation board consists of seven representatives of travel companies of widely varying sizes, sectors and regions of the country, as well as further advisers. Around 1,400 Swiss and Liechtenstein operators or intermediaries of package tours take part in the Guarantee Fund. They meet the requirements set by the foundation with regard to professional competence and solvency. At www.garantiefonds. ch you will find a current list of all participating travel agencies and tour operators.
