Redeeming loyalty vouchers
Enter your personal voucher code in the field provided when booking online, or quote it when booking by telephone. The voucher can be redeemed once, for a subsequent multi-day trip. You will find your voucher code printed on the travel confirmation for your booked trip.
Conditions
The voucher is personal, non-transferable and can neither be exchanged for cash nor combined with other discounts or benefits. Several vouchers can be collected and redeemed at the same time. No loyalty vouchers are issued or redeemed for day trips, transport-only/hotel-only offers, or discounted or last-minute trips.
