Almond Blossom in Mallorca Away from the summer crowds, when the island blooms pink

Day 1: Switzerland - Southern France

Journey through Switzerland and France to the Montpellier area. Check-in at your good 4-star hotel, dinner together and overnight stay.

Day 2: Barcelona - Night Ferry

Onward journey to Barcelona. On a guided city tour, you will discover the Catalan metropolis around the Plaça de Catalunya, the elegant Passeig de Gràcia and the famous La Rambla. Dinner together in the harbour district of Barceloneta, before you board the night ferry to Palma in the evening.

Day 3: Palma de Mallorca

Arrival in the early morning and breakfast. On a guided city tour, you will experience Palma with its mighty Gothic cathedral and the winding lanes of the old town. Afterwards, check-in at your hotel on the Playa de Palma.

Day 4: Alcúdia and the North

A full day in the unspoilt north of the island awaits you. You will stroll through Alcúdia's traditional weekly market with its stalls full of fruit, olives and handicrafts, and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view from the Mirador de El Colomer over the rugged cliffs. A wine tasting with typical local wines rounds off the day in a delightful way.

Day 5: Day at leisure

A day entirely to your taste: relax on the beach, in your hotel's wellness area or on an independent stroll through Palma.

Day 6: Serra de Tramuntana

The journey takes you through the UNESCO-protected Tramuntana Mountains, the island's most beautiful mountain range. You will visit the idyllic artists' village of Valldemossa, picturesque Deià with its stone houses and Sóller, surrounded by orange groves. Along the route, photo stops amid the pink-blossoming almond trees invite you to linger.

Day 7: Caves and East Coast

Visit to Porto Cristo with admission to the impressive Cuevas del Drach and their underground lake. In the afternoon, you will discover picturesque Cala d'Or.

Day 8: Palma - Switzerland

Return flight to Switzerland.

Note on the 2nd departure

On the departure from 08.03. to 15.03.2027, the trip runs in the opposite direction: you fly to Mallorca and make the return journey by night ferry and coach via Barcelona. The order of the programme days changes accordingly. Instead of a separate free day, the relaxed day of arrival is at your own disposal to explore the island on your own. On this departure, half board includes 6 dinners.

Prefer to travel by coach both ways?

If you would like to experience the whole journey in comfort by coach, you can combine both departures into a round trip: you travel by coach and night ferry on the first departure, enjoy an additional week at the hotel on the Playa de Palma and discover the island entirely to your own taste, before returning to Switzerland by night ferry and coach on the second departure.
