Apple blossom in South Tyrol Nature's spectacle in white and pink – a feast for all the senses
Few regions are as varied and appealing as South Tyrol. Enjoy the warming rays of the sun and the cheerful birdsong. The towns welcome visitors with a Mediterranean flair, while the stunning botanical gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle enchant far more than just flower lovers. The main attraction in spring, however, is the apple blossom, when the extensive orchards show themselves at their most magnificent.

Day 1: Switzerland - Natz-Schabs
Journey via Innsbruck with a stop in the medieval town of Vipiteno.
Day 2: Brixen - Apple Orchard
Today you travel to the episcopal city of Brixen. In the afternoon you take a walk with an apple expert and are invited to an apple tasting.
Day 3: Bolzano - Wine Road
Drive to Bolzano. On a guided walking tour you will discover the picturesque old town with its famous arcaded street and beautiful squares. You then continue along the South Tyrolean Wine Road. A winery visit including wine tasting rounds off the day.
Day 4: Merano - Trauttmansdorff
(Optional) Excursion to the botanical gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle near Merano. In the spacious grounds around the castle, the plants are arranged by theme. In the afternoon you will have time for your own discoveries and shopping.
Day 5: Natz-Schabs - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland via the Vinschgau valley.

Hotels
The family-run 3* Hotel Langhof (official national category) welcomes you with South Tyrolean hospitality on the Natz-Schabs plateau in the Isarco Valley. All rooms are cosily furnished and have shower/WC, hairdryer and TV. Free Wi-Fi in the reception area. Start the day with a hearty breakfast from the buffet.
Relax in the spa area with Finnish sauna, flower steam bath, laconium and brine grotto. An equivalent hotel will be used if the hotel is unavailable.
