Day 1: Switzerland - Rothenburg

You travel via Ulm to Rothenburg, arriving at around 14:30. Discover the enchanting small medieval old town with its many winding alleyways and little squares surrounded by half-timbered houses. The Reiterlesmarkt is one of the most charming Christmas markets in the country, with a centuries-old tradition. The "Reiterle" comes from Germanic legend and, much like Father Christmas, is a lucky figure who delights everyone with his visit.

Day 2: Rothenburg

(Optional) Excursion to the Christmas market in Würzburg. Experience one of the most atmospheric Christmas markets in Germany. With around 100 stalls, the traders' wide-ranging offering blends into the historic setting of the Falkenhaus and the Gothic Marienkapelle.

Day 3: Rothenburg - Switzerland

In the morning you still have time for shopping or individual sightseeing. The winding lanes and squares around the town hall, its vaults and the market square are lined with stalls offering everything your heart and palate could desire: traditional German Christmas biscuits and cakes, and handcrafted treasures as souvenirs or gifts. The Christmas market

The small but exquisite "Reiterlesmarkt" creates a festive atmosphere with Christmas decorations, baked goods, mulled wine and pottery. On Fridays and Saturdays, visitors to the Reiterlesmarkt can enjoy the magnificent view from the town hall tower until 20:00.
