Following the southern foot of the Jura along the «Transjurane» as far as Tavannes, you continue a little further through the Freiberge to Saignelégier and the Maison de la Tête de Moine. Here you will learn how this typical regional speciality is made. See for yourself how a delicacy is created from natural ingredients. At the aperitif that follows, you can taste the cheese – delicious!
