At Schufelbühl farm, a guided tour introduces you to the water buffalo, and you will learn all sorts of fascinating facts about these "gentle giants".
At the mountain cheese dairy, you will then find out how cow's and buffalo milk are turned into fine cheese specialities, and of course you can taste them straight away.
Afterwards, you will take the panoramic gondola lift up to the Marbachegg. Here you will be treated to a delicious lunch, with the wonderful view always in front of you. A delicious Kemmeriboden meringue served with Marbach dairy cream, and a hot coffee or tea, are also a must.
