Day 1: Switzerland - Velsen-Zuid
Journey to Velsen-Zuid on the North Sea.
Day 2: Keukenhof - Grower - Delft
A colourful morning awaits you with a visit to Keukenhof, the world's largest open-air flower show. Millions of tulips are planted every year and bloom from March to May. At a grower's, you will learn how the many different flowers are cultivated. In Delft, you will find a dreamy little town that has preserved its original character, with canals covered in water lilies, to this day.
Day 3: Aalsmeer Flower Auction - Amsterdam
(Optional) Drive to Aalsmeer to visit the world's largest flower auction. In huge auction halls, more than 10 million flowers are sold every day. You then continue to Amsterdam. Free time in the centre for lunch. In the afternoon, you will get to know Amsterdam from a different perspective on a canal cruise.
Day 4: Giethoorn - Volendam
Excursion to the "Green Venice" of Giethoorn. Use your free time for a romantic boat trip along the narrow, idyllic village canals. You then drive through Friesland and across the 32 km-long Afsluitdijk, which separates the Wadden Sea from the IJsselmeer, to the romantic fishing town of Volendam.
Day 5: Velsen-Zuid - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland.

The brand-new 4* Spaarnwoude Park Hotel (official national rating) is located in Velsen-Zuid, in the middle of the beautiful Spaarnwoude recreational area and right next to the golf course. It lies in the triangle between Amsterdam, Haarlem and the beach. The modernly furnished rooms offer a bathroom or shower/WC, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. Look forward to a wellness centre. An equivalent hotel will be provided if this one is unavailable.
