Day 1: Switzerland - Prague
Journey to Prague.
Day 2: Prague
The "Golden City" of Prague shines particularly brightly at Christmas time. Festive Christmas markets offer traditional delicacies and handmade goods, and the Christmas tree on Old Town Square forms the centre of the celebrations. Prague's towers are festively decorated and the illuminated skyline is impressive. A city tour shows you the main sights and gives you an insight into the history of the city. Time is planned for visiting the Christmas markets and enjoying specialities such as Prague ham or delicious sweets.
Day 3: Prague - Budapest
Today we continue to Budapest. Along the way, a stop in Bratislava is the perfect opportunity, where you will have free time at your disposal. Afterwards, we continue to Budapest.
Day 4: Budapest
Festive lights, Christmas scents and music create a unique atmosphere. During a city tour you will explore both Buda and Pest as well as the most beautiful sights. Afterwards you will have time to visit the Advent markets, which offer handicrafts, treats and mulled wine. In the afternoon, you will experience the illuminated city and its imposing buildings from the water, as this Christmas boat trip offers you an extraordinary perspective.
Day 5: Vienna
After breakfast, your journey takes you to Vienna, where you will first visit the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace. Here you can experience the impressive architecture and the festive Christmas market. Discover handmade Christmas decorations and traditional crafts, and enjoy a warming mulled wine in an atmospheric setting. Next comes the Christkindlmarkt at Rathausplatz, another highlight, before you explore the Vienna Prater. A Christmas market awaits you there too, or you can take a spontaneous ride on the famous Ferris wheel.
Day 6: Vienna - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland.
