Day 1: Switzerland - Genoa
Journey to Genoa. At 17.00 it is time to cast off, and the ship sets sail.
Day 2: Civitavecchia/ Rome
From the old port of Civitavecchia you reach the heart of Roman and Etruscan civilisation. (Arrival 08.00 / Departure 19.00)
Day 3: Palermo
Palermo is the capital of Sicily, known for its fascinating blend of Arab, Norman and Baroque influences, reflected in magnificent churches, palaces and historic markets. (Arrival 1108.00 / Departure 20.00)
Day 4: At sea
Take some time out and relax in the MSC Aurea Spa, or enjoy an Aperol Spritz on the open deck with a wonderful view of the sea.
Day 5: Ibiza
Ibiza delights with a unique mix of Mediterranean charm, dreamy bays and lively island life. Stroll through the winding lanes of the historic old town of Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy the magnificent view over the harbour and the sparkling Mediterranean. Day 6: Valencia
Valencia, Spain's third-largest city, combines tradition and modernity in a unique way. The historic old town, with impressive sights such as Valencia Cathedral and the Silk Exchange (UNESCO World Heritage Site), stands in fascinating contrast to the futuristic "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias". Day 7: Marseille
To gain a thorough impression of the beauty of Marseille's old town, we recommend a detour to the Rue du Panier, not far from the eastern side of the Vieux Port. Green plants, antique shop signs and wonderful restaurants make the old town what it is. Equally beautiful is the "Vieux Port", which translates as the Old Port of Marseille. It is the heart of Marseille, and there are many cafés and bars along the quayside. (Arrival 13.00 / Departure 19.00)
Day 8: Genoa - Switzerland
You arrive back in Genoa in the morning. Return journey to Switzerland.
