Day 1: Switzerland - Florence

Journey via Bologna to Florence, where you will check in to your rooms at the 4* Hotel Baglioni, just a few steps from the Cathedral. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Florence & Opera

Florence Cathedral dominates the cityscape and, together with the Campanile and the Baptistery, forms one of the most magnificent works of art anywhere in the world. The austerity and beauty of the city, and the pride and steadfastness of the Florentines, are embodied in the Palazzo Vecchio in a unique way. With a local guide, you will visit the most interesting sights of the old town. In the Church of Santa Croce, you will see, among other things, Giotto's world-famous frescoes. Enjoy the free afternoon before you are welcomed to the opera aperitif with delicacies from the kitchen and cellar. This is followed by the performance.

Day 3: Florence & Uffizi

After breakfast, we drive to Piazzale Michelangelo, probably the finest viewpoint over Florence, from where a breathtaking panoramic view opens up over the rooftops of the city, the Cathedral, the Arno and the gentle hills of Tuscany. After a lunch break, you will visit the Uffizi, one of the most important painting collections in the world. Not only Florentine and Italian works of art are on display here, but also a large number of foreign paintings and valuable antique sculptures. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure. In the evening, we conclude the trip with an atmospheric New Year's Eve dinner.

Day 4: Florence - Switzerland

With many wonderful memories, you travel back to Switzerland.
