Day 1: Switzerland - Rouen
Journey to Rouen in northern France.
Day 2: Rouen - Etretat
Experience historic charm on a walking tour through the picturesque old town of Rouen. Afterwards, an excursion to the majestic chalk cliffs of Etretat on the Alabaster Coast awaits.
Day 3: Honfleur - Normandy Landing Beaches
On this day trip, discover the picturesque harbour town of Honfleur and the eventful history on show in the Musée du Débarquement on the Normandy landing beaches. A stroll through the charming town of Bayeux feels like a journey back in time, as its historic old town was almost completely spared from destruction in the Second World War.
Day 4: Mont-Saint-Michel - St Malo
After a guided tour of the historic abbey on Mont-Saint-Michel, a short drive takes you directly to the bustling corsair town of Saint-Malo.
Day 5: Saint Malo - Jersey
Ferry crossing to the island of Jersey, followed by a first visit to the gardens. The island is a paradise for plant lovers.
Day 6: Guernsey
(Optional) excursion to the neighbouring island of Guernsey. The picturesque island capital, Saint Peter Port, enchants with steep, cobbled lanes, colourful façades and a lively marina.
Day 7: Jersey Island Tour
On a fascinating island tour, experience the interplay of history and nature as you discover Elizabeth Castle enthroned in the sea, the moving Jersey War Tunnels and the spectacular tidal lighthouse at La Corbière.
Day 8: Jersey - St Malo - Chartres
Ferry crossing and onward journey to Chartres.
Day 9: Chartres - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland.
