On a city tour, you will discover the charming capital Puerto Princesa and gain fascinating insights into the island's nature and culture at the Palawan Museum and on a butterfly farm. You will then visit the extraordinary Iwahig prison – a "prison without walls" – where a guided tour and a traditional dance performance will give you an insight into the unique history of this place. After dinner, a magical end to the day awaits you: a boat trip on the Iwahig River, where thousands of fireflies light up the night.
Day 5: Puerto Princesa - Sabang
At home with Marisa and Claudio, you will gain a very personal look behind the scenes of life on Palawan – and behind the hard shell of the coconut. After checking in at the hotel, there is time to relax on the idyllic beach.
Day 6: Underground River
The Puerto Princesa Underground River, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, is considered one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.
