Day 1: Switzerland - Brixen

Journey over the Brenner Pass to Brixen. The backdrop of the venerable cathedral lends the market on Cathedral Square its special charm. Let yourself be enchanted by the colourful bustle, the colours, the scents and the music at the little Christmas market. Here you will find traditional crafts such as wood carvings, nativity figures, handmade pottery and painted glass baubles, as well as culinary delicacies. Perhaps you may wish to visit the nativity exhibition, rich in tradition, in the Bishop's Palace. The arcades, winding lanes and worn cobblestones hold a very special fascination for visitors. Arrival in Truden towards evening.

Day 2: Merano - Bolzano

Excursion to the most beautiful Christmas markets in South Tyrol. An atmospheric Christmas market is set up on the Passer Promenade in Merano. Here you can watch the craftspeople at work. Music, choirs and local customs will put you in the Christmas spirit. The town centre is a true paradise for anyone who loves shopping. In the exclusive boutiques, delicatessens, bookshops and jewellers you will find everything your heart desires. Onward journey to Bolzano. Illuminated garlands enchant the streets here, where Alpine and Mediterranean cultures meet. The scent of mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and Christmas biscuits invites you to linger. The numerous small stalls present traditional, handmade products made of wood, glass and ceramic. With mulled wine, apple punch or a hot chocolate at the "Sacherhaus", you can warm up before discovering the town's fantastic shopping opportunities. Here, too, you will find Gothic arcades, known as "Lauben", which form the town's shopping centre.

Day 3: Vipiteno - Switzerland

Journey to the medieval mining town of Vipiteno (Sterzing), which charms with its colourful patrician houses and picturesque shopping streets. Free time for a short stroll through the town and the Christmas market. Return journey to Switzerland.
