Day 1: Switzerland - Reutlingen
Journey to Reutlingen and your hotel. The charming town at the foot of the Swabian Alb is particularly delightful in Advent, with festively decorated lanes, cosy cafés and a Christmas atmosphere. Use the time for a first stroll of your own through the historic old town and a visit to the atmospheric Christmas market.
Day 2: Reutlingen - Tübingen
After breakfast, your tour guide will be waiting for a sightseeing tour of Reutlingen. The former free imperial city delights with its lovingly restored half-timbered houses and winding lanes. You then continue to Tübingen. On a guided walk you will discover the romantic university town with its historic market square, idyllic banks of the Neckar and the imposing Collegiate Church. At Christmas time, festively decorated squares and small Christmas stalls create a particularly atmospheric setting.
In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Look forward to dinner together and a relaxed end to the day. Will "dr Boom" already be festively decorated, we wonder?
Day 3: Stuttgart
You travel to the lively Swabian metropolis of Stuttgart. During a coach tour followed by a walk through the historic city centre, you will discover the many facets of the capital of Baden-Württemberg – from impressive architecture and traditional squares to festively decorated shopping streets. The famous Stuttgart Christmas market, with its lovingly decorated stall roofs, creates a particularly atmospheric setting. Afterwards you will have time to explore the city on your own, stroll through the lanes lit up for Christmas or enjoy a mulled wine at your leisure. Towards evening, return to the hotel and dinner together.
Day 4: Reutlingen - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland. Along the way, you will stop in Freudenstadt. This Black Forest town delights with its expansive market square, characteristic arcades and cosy atmosphere.

Hotels
The 4* City Hotel Fortuna (official national rating) is centrally located in Reutlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb. The comfortably furnished rooms have a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi and, in some cases, air conditioning. The hotel also offers a restaurant, a bar and a spacious wellness area with indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. A hotel of equivalent standard will be used if it is unavailable.
