After a scenic drive along the coast, you arrive at Porto Santo Stefano on the Monte Argentario peninsula. From there, you take the ferry across to the idyllic island of Giglio. Turquoise-green sea, winding coves and Mediterranean vegetation define the scenery. By minibus, you explore the island villages of Giglio Porto and Giglio Castello, perched on a hill.

If you wish, today you can discover the impressive tuff landscape in eastern Tuscany. You will visit the historic towns of Pitigliano and Sovana. While Pitigliano offered refuge to Jewish families in the 15th and 16th centuries, Sovana was once an important ecclesiastical and political centre.
