Dates and prices
Day 1: Switzerland – Savona
Journey from Switzerland to Savona. Crossing by night ferry to Bastia.
Day 2: Bastia – Calvi
Arrival in Bastia, then a walk through the gardens of Nonza. Visit to St. Florent and drive through the stony landscape of the Désert des Agriates. Hotel check-in in the Calvi/Île Rousse area. (Walking time: approx. 3 hours)
Day 3: Balagne
Excursion to the Balagne: visit to the weekly market in Île Rousse, drive through mountain villages and a walk from Corbara to Sant'Antonino, where a lemonade tasting awaits. (Walking time: approx. 2.5 hours)
Day 4: Balagne – Porto
Walk from Girolata on the long-distance trail «Tra Mare e Monti». Boat trip to the coastal cliffs of the Calanches of Piana. Hotel check-in in the Porto area.

Day 5: Porto – Ajaccio – Propriano
Drive to the granite cliffs of the Calanches, walk to the Îles Sanguinaires off Ajaccio and a city tour of Napoleon's birthplace. Onward journey to Propriano.

Day 6: Bonifacio
Day trip to Bonifacio: walk along the cliffs and visit to the medieval citadel. In the afternoon, you have the opportunity to take a boat trip along the Bonifacio coast (optional excursion). (Walking time: approx. 3 hours)
Day 7: Propriano – Bastia
Walk from the Bavella Pass to the Trou de la Bombe. Drive to Bastia incl. stroll through the town. Night ferry back to Savona.

Day 8: Savona – Switzerland
Arrival in Savona and journey home to Switzerland.

WALKING REQUIREMENTS
On mostly easy, occasionally somewhat more demanding walks, you will discover the true appeal of your holiday destination together with like-minded people. A varied combination of coach travel and rambles through nature awaits you.
GROUP SIZE
The maximum number of participants is 36, and larger groups are generally divided into 2 ability levels, each with its own walking guide, taking the fitness of the guests into account. We only split into 2 groups from approximately 20 people (this varies depending on the walking tour and region). On some walking tours, larger groups are not divided at all.
WALKING GUIDES AND ROUTES
All tours are accompanied by local, German-speaking walking guides. The routes have been carefully selected and the individual stages checked on site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Walks and routes may be adapted depending on the weather. Programme changes reserved.
ACCOMPANYING COACH
Our coach driver will take you safely and reliably to your destination and accompany you with the coach on the daily tours. If you become tired during the excursions, you can board the coach at various points along the way.
EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATIONS
To enjoy your walking holiday to the full, we recommend comfortable clothing. Rain protection should also not be missing from your luggage. You will find further tips on equipment in your travel documents.
