Explore the north of France on foot! Brittany is renowned for its myths, legends and sagas. Secluded beaches alternate with rugged cliffs shimmering in white and pink, often with a photogenic lighthouse to complete the picture, such as the Phare d'Eckmühl. The spectacularly situated old town of Concarneau is the starting point for your daily walking excursions.

DAY 1: Switzerland - Blois
Journey via Basel to Blois.
DAY 2: Blois - Concarneau
You travel via Angers and Nantes to Concarneau. The trademark of this coastal town is the "Ville Close", which was originally built as an island fortress.
DAY 3: Phare d'Eckmühl
You begin with a guided tour of the town to get to know Concarneau better. Later, the coach takes you to the famous Eckmühl Lighthouse, where your guided walk begins. It offers wonderful views and ends in Guilvinec. (Walking time approx. 2 hrs)
DAY 4: Trégunc
Coastal walk from Concarneau via Porzou to Pouldohan and Trégunc. Free time in Concarneau. (Walking time approx. 3.5 hrs)
DAY 5: Île de Sein
In Audierne you board a boat to the beautiful Île de Sein, where your circular walk begins. The island is a little paradise where colours, sea spray and warm hospitality come together. The climb up the lighthouse is definitely worthwhile. In fine weather and good visibility, you can even see the Ar-Men lighthouse. (Walking time approx. 2.5 hrs)
DAY 6: Plage Tahiti - Port Manec'h
Drive to Plage Tahiti. To finish, an easy walk follows to Port Manec'h in Finistère. The coach then continues to Pont-Aven. This picturesque little town will delight you with its idyllic setting. (Walk approx. 2 hrs)
DAY 7: Concarneau - Chartres
In Chartres, a visit to the famous and impressive cathedral is a must.
DAY 8: Chartres - SWITZERLAND
Return journey to Switzerland.

Hotels
You will stay for 5 nights at the selected 3* Hotel Brit L'Océan (official national category) directly on the seafront promenade of the coastal town of Concarneau. The historic fortifications and the fishing harbour are within walking distance. For relaxation, there is a covered swimming pool, heated seasonally, and a sauna. Accommodation in Blois and Chartres is in first-class hotels. Equivalent hotels will be used if the hotels named are unavailable.

REQUIREMENTS
LEISURELY WALKING
On mostly easy walks, occasionally a little more demanding, you will discover the true charm of your holiday destination together with like-minded people. You can look forward to a varied combination of coach travel and rambles through nature.
GROUP SIZE
The maximum number of participants is 36. Larger groups are generally divided into 2 ability levels, each with its own walking guide, taking into account the fitness of the guests. We only split into 2 groups from approximately 20 people (this varies depending on the walking tour and region). On some walking tours, larger groups are not divided at all.
WALKING GUIDES AND ROUTES
All tours are accompanied by local, German-speaking walking guides. The routes have been carefully selected and the individual stages checked on site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Walks and routes may be adapted depending on the weather. Programme subject to change.
ACCOMPANYING COACH
Our coach driver will take you safely and reliably to your destination and will accompany you by coach on the daily tours. If you become tired during the excursions, you can board the coach at various points along the way.
EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATIONS
To enjoy your walking tour to the full, comfortable clothing is recommended. Rain protection should also be part of your luggage. Further equipment tips can be found in your travel documents.
